AcceleratePV exists to build the startup ecosystem in Ponte Vedra and Northeast Florida. We give early-stage founders the structure, mentorship, and investor connections they need — before they run out of runway.
We are the educational and community arm of the Crosswater Capital ecosystem, operating as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. No equity taken. No fees. Just founders building companies.

Everything a founder needs to go from idea to investor-ready. All programs are offered through AcceleratePV at no cost to participating founders.
We don't require revenue, a prototype, or a co-founder. We require a real problem, conviction, and the commitment to participate fully for 12 weeks.
Idea stage to first revenue. We're most useful before you've locked into a path that isn't working — or when you need structure to move faster.
Preference for founders based in the Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and Jacksonville area. Remote participation considered case by case.
International founders entering the U.S. market via the Crosswater Capital Soft Landing program are eligible and encouraged to apply.
12 weeks of active engagement. Cohort members hold each other accountable — partial commitment isn't fair to the group or to your own growth.
Every AcceleratePV graduate completes the program with a full package — whether or not you raise capital during the cohort.
AcceleratePV is the educational and community arm of the Crosswater Capital ecosystem. Graduates receive first look from Ponte Vedra Angels, direct access to the Crosswater Capital advisory team, and eligibility for the Soft Landing program for founders expanding internationally. We built the accelerator because the best deal flow starts with founders we help build from day one.
